We are a group of compassionate professionals dedicated to providing quality mental health services to our community. We know that providing consistency and transparency in our relationships with our clients fosters growth, connection, and hope.
We provide in person counseling to the greater San Antonio area and surrounding counties, along with virtual services available across the state of Texas.
Each of our counselors has unique skills, personality, training,
and expertise to meet our clients’ specific needs.

Whitni F. Toson, MA, LPC-S
Practice Founder | Areas of Focus: Teens/Mothers/Adults/Anxiety/Depression/Trauma
Whitni is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years of experience working in the mental health field. Whitni is a North Carolina native who knew at an early age that she wanted to make a difference in the world. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, North Carolina.
From there, Whitni pursued her Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio. While in the Master’s program, Whitni gained experience as a Student Counselor working in a women’s shelter, a residential substance abuse treatment facility, and a long-term care facility.
