FAQ
Compassionate. Experienced. Professional.
In our initial session, we’ll explore what has led you to seek therapy and the aspects of your life you wish to transform. This session begins with you sharing your narrative with your therapist, offering you the chance to voice your concerns and inquire about the therapeutic journey.
We understand that starting therapy can be daunting. Rest assured, your therapist is here to guide you through this session with warmth, empathy, and a deep understanding of your needs. They are experienced in creating a safe and supportive environment, where you can freely express yourself and explore your concerns.
Are you curious about the timeline for therapy? This really depends on how severe the concerns are. Example: Most couples seek therapy 6-7 years after the conflicts emerge. So, depending on how long the situation has been present, you can expect a minimum of 2-3 months. However, your therapist can provide you with more in-depth feedback after the initial assessment session.
While we cannot guarantee change, most clients notice some progress within 6-8 sessions. If you feel like you are not progressing, please voice your concern with your therapist ASAP or call us at 210-570-2060.
