Levi Eastwood is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas who specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, heal from trauma or abuse, and work through the complexities of depression and anxiety. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio.
Levi’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with thoughtful integration of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Existential principles. He has extensive experience supporting clients who feel overwhelmed by shame, worthlessness, or hopelessness—especially those recovering from sexual assault or domestic violence. He works to help clients honor their pain, uncover its purpose, and reclaim a sense of meaning, self-awareness, and dignity in their healing journey.
In his work with couples and families, Levi draws from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners strengthen connection, navigate conflict, and rekindle intimacy. Whether clients are seeking to rebuild trust or better understand one another, he provides a warm and collaborative space to do the hard work of relational healing.
Levi works with individuals from diverse backgrounds and strives to create a space where all clients feel respected and supported.
In his free time, Levi enjoys the bold simplicity of black coffee or an iced espresso while getting lost in a good book. A self-proclaimed tech and music enthusiast, he spends time playing musical instruments, programming quirky projects on his computer, and relaxing with his rescue cat, Hazel, curled up by his side for a good TV binge.
